Where can I obtain a copy of the Homeowners Manual?

A copy of the Homeowners Manual can be obtained from Realty Performance 585-225-7440 or the website by using the following link,  www.realtyperformancegroup.com then clicking on the properties tab, go to Churchville Greene Properties and click on the property  and then go to Rules and Regulations. The Manual can also be found on this website, chgreene.hoaspace.com under the Information tab.
