Who is responsible for patio fence maintenance or replacement?

The homeowner is responsible for the maintenance or replacement of patio fences. Realty Performance Group must be contacted first for a variance request form that will outline all the current specifications. A permit from the Village of Churchville is required for all fence replacements.
