No advertising signs except one (1)“FOR SALE” sign not exceeding six (6) square feet, is allowed to be placed or permitted to remain on Churchville Greene property, and is to be removed immediately upon sale of the home. An “Open House” sign can be displayed only during hours of the open house. No political signs, flags or banners are allowed. A.“FOR SALE” sign may be placed in any of one of the following locations on your home: Patio fence, Garage door window,or Any interior window of your home.
